We hope the first reason is that because you like our work!
We are a boutique professional studio offering custom fine art wedding and portrait photography. We provide full-service that help you from the consultation, styling, designing and up until the finished presentations. We strive for excellent customer service and building lasting relationships. We believe in providing our clients with a complete portrait experience where you can just relax and let us guide you and do all (or most) of the work!
How do you work?
First, we start with a pre-booking consultation. It is an opportunity for us to get to know your vision and for you to know about our service.
Once you book with us, we will send you questionnaires to get started. This allows us to plan for the session and to consult you in terms of locations, clothing, styles, wedding day itinerary as well as understanding any of your wish-list and inspiration you may have.
The photographing session is when we capture your unique moments, either it is your wedding day or your daily lifestyle. Our styles combine both portraiture and photo-journalism and we are inspired by story-telling.
Afterwards, we invite you in for a reveal and design session in which you get to see your beautiful pictures for the first time. This is one of the most exciting moments for us and we hope it would be for you as well! Together, we will choose the appropriate presentations for your keepsake, whether it is digital image, save-the-date cards, albums or wall-arts. Afterwards, you can relax while we work to have your finished presentations made and delivered.
What is your booking process and accepted payments?
For weddings, we require 30% of the total package as non-refundable retainer to hold your day. 40% to be due three months before wedding day and the remaining 30% to be due before wedding date
For portrait session, we require full payment of session fee to book the date.
We accept cash, cheques, money-order, e-transfer and Paypal. Credits cards are available with additional surcharge.
Do you have insurance?
We are registered with the Government of Canada under the name "The Right Moments". We also have insurance to cover for commercial liability.
What equipment do you use?
We use professional-grade equipment including full-frame bodies and lens, e.g. Nikon D750, Nikon and Tamron lens 70-200, 24-70, 15-35 etc and other lighting and accessories. In addition, we have double equipment in everything.
